Shelley Onderdonk graduated Cum Laude from Yale University with a BA in Psychology and Biology. Upon graduation, she taught American Culture, language, and dance at the Chinese University of Hong Kong for two years for the Yale in China Program. She then went on to graduate Cum Laude from the University of Georgia veterinary school. Shelley is certified in veterinary acupuncture with the International Veterinary Acupuncture Society and has also completed courses at The Chi Institute. Shelley has had the privilege of working on many fabulous equine athletes in polo, eventing, and show jumping. Married to Adam Snow, Shelley has maintained her husband’s high-goal string over the course of his career; the success of her sport medicine principles is well evidenced by the multitude of Best Playing Pony awards which their barn accrued over this period, as well as by the longevity of their horses' careers. Shelley enjoys giving lectures and seminars on her equine wellness philosophy. She lives in Aiken, South Carolina, where her practice focuses on acupuncture, physical therapy, and manual therapy. Shelley also enjoys riding and training horses and teaching yoga.
